LineEat

LineEat brings food delivery into Bloop. Pick a restaurant near you, choose your dishes, pay with your Linework balance or a gift card and follow your order until the courier is at your door.

Open LineEat#

• In the app: open Bloop and tap the LineEat tab at the top (the tabs are Bloop · LineEat · LineX; see Bloop, LineEat and LineX). You also find it in Menu → Bloop → LineEat.
• On the web: the same tab at the top of Bloop on web.linework.app.

Choose the delivery address#

Tap Deliver to and choose Use my current location, one of your Saved addresses, or search a street, number and city. Without an address you can still try the test restaurants in Rome or Milan.

Filter by cuisine (Burger, Sushi, Pizza, Poke, Kebab, Mexican, Pasta, Desserts, Veg) under Restaurants near you.

Order step by step#

1. Open a restaurant: you see the delivery fee, the minimum order, the opening hours (or Closed) and the menu.
2. Tap a dish, choose the quantity, add a Note for the kitchen if you want, and tap Add.
3. Tap View cart. A cart holds dishes from one restaurant only: adding a dish from another restaurant asks you to start a new cart. If you are below the minimum order, the app tells you how much is missing.
4. In Your order add Notes for the courier (doorbell, floor…), check subtotal, delivery, service fee, total and the estimated arrival time.
5. Under Pay with choose vUSDC, vLWK or Gift card (you see each balance) and tap Order. Prices are in euro; the amount is charged in the currency you choose at the current rate.

Follow your order#

The order page updates by itself and shows the steps: Order sent → Accepted by the restaurant → Being prepared → Ready for pickup → Courier heading to the restaurant → On its way to you → Delivered. You get a notification at every step.

When a courier is on the way, you see them on the map with the estimated time and Your courier with their vehicle (on foot, bike, scooter or car). Your orders are in My LineEat orders (the icon at the top of LineEat).

The delivery code#

While the order is open you see a yellow box with a 4-digit delivery code. Give it to the courier when they arrive: they can complete the delivery only with the right code. Never share it before the courier is at your door.

Cancel and refunds#

• You can cancel with Cancel order while it is Order sent or Accepted. The amount goes back to your wallet (or gift cards).
• If a restaurant doesn't accept the order in time, or no courier is found, the order is cancelled and refunded automatically.
• You can have up to 3 orders in progress at the same time.

Test restaurants#

Test restaurants carry the Test restaurant badge. Their menus and prices are examples: at checkout you see Test order, no charge and the button Place test order. Nothing is charged, nothing is cooked or delivered for real, and notifications start with "[Test]". They are there so you can try LineEat before real restaurants join in your city.

Good to know#

I don't see LineEat. It is switched on gradually. Update the app to the latest version; if the tab is still missing, it isn't available on your account yet.

Can restaurants join? Restaurants are added by Linework, city by city. Couriers can apply in Linework Drive.
