AI Video

Turn a photo, a few words or one of your products into a short video made with AI, or put your photos and clips together in a montage, then publish it as a post or a story.

What AI Video is#

AI Video is a small studio inside the app. You choose what to start from, describe what should happen and Linework creates the video for you in a minute or two. When you publish one as a post, it shows the Made with AI label, so your followers always know.

Who can use it#

• Linework Fans creators with an active creator profile (see Linework Fans).
• Bloop sellers with a store verified by Linework (see Selling on Bloop).

If you are not one of them, you won't see the AI Video buttons. The feature is also switched on gradually, so it may reach your account a little later.

Where to find it#

• Create a post: tap AI Video, next to the Spotify button (see Posts and comments).
• On a photo: in the editor of a post or story, tap ✦ Animate on the photo you picked. The studio opens with that photo ready to animate. It is not available for photos in chat.
• On a product: in Bloop, go to Seller mode, open the Product tab, tap ⋯ on a product and choose Create AI video.

In the studio, the film icon at the top opens My AI videos, the list of everything you have created.

The four modes#

For every mode you choose the Format: Vertical (9:16, best for stories and full screen), Square (1:1) or Horizontal (16:9).

Create a video#

1. Open the studio from one of the places above. At the top you see how many videos you have made today, for example "1 of 5 videos today".
2. Choose the mode: Animate photo, From text, Bloop product or Montage.
3. Add what the mode needs: Choose a photo, write your description, Choose one of your products or add your photos and videos with the + tile.
4. Need ideas? Tap one of the suggestion chips under the text box (for example "slow cinematic zoom"): it is added to your description.
5. Choose the Format and, except for montages, the Duration: 5 s or 10 s.
6. Tap Generate video.

After you send it#

• The screen shows In the queue, then Creating your video with a percentage. It usually takes about 1–2 minutes.
• You don't have to wait: tap Close, notify me and keep using the app. When the video is ready you get a notification ("Your video is ready").
• All your videos stay in My AI videos, with their status: Ready, Creating…, In the queue or Failed. Tap one to open it.

Publish, save or try again#

• Publish as post: the post editor opens with the video already attached. Add your text, choose who can see it and publish. The post shows Made with AI.
• Publish as story: confirm and the video goes into your story, visible for 24 hours.
• Save to phone: the video is saved to your gallery. If the app asks, allow Linework to add to your Photos.
• Regenerate: sends the same request again for a new version (it counts as a new video for the daily limit).

Price and limits#

What you can't create#

Every description is checked before the video is created, in all the app's languages. Requests about these topics are refused with "This description isn't allowed. Try writing it differently.":

• Minors: children, teenagers, babies or anything that refers to them.
• Sexual content: nudity, erotic or pornographic scenes.
• Violence: blood, killing, torture, suicide, terrorism.
• Real people: famous people, politicians, celebrities, deepfakes.

The AI models also have their own safety checks, so a video can still be refused after you send it. In addition:

• Bloop product works only with products from your own store.
• Use only photos, videos and music you have the right to use: you are responsible for what you publish.
• Posts with an AI video show the Made with AI label. The usual rules and reporting apply.

Tips for good results#

• Keep it short and concrete: one clear action works better than a long story. "The cat jumps onto the sofa" beats a paragraph.
• Say how the camera moves: "slow zoom in", "the camera turns around", "drone shot from above".
• Describe the light and mood: "at sunset", "soft studio lights", "neon city in the rain at night".
• Start from a good photo: sharp, well lit, with the subject clearly visible. Choose the format that matches the photo.
• For products, a clean main photo works best; add a setting such as "outdoors in natural light" or "studio lights, premium look".
• For montages, add the photos in the order you want: the number on each tile is its position, and the × removes it.

If something goes wrong#

Good to know#

Why don't I see AI Video? It is only for active Linework Fans creators and sellers with a verified Bloop store, and it is switched on gradually. Update the app to the latest version. The Animate button appears only on photos from your phone in the post and story editor, not in chat.

Can I pick several photos for a montage? Yes. In Montage tap the + tile: the gallery opens and you can tap several photos and videos, then confirm. You can add up to 20 in total; tap + again to add more. On iPhone, if Linework has "Limited access" to your photos, only the photos you allowed appear: go to Settings › Linework › Photos and choose Full access.

Is it paid? No. AI videos are free, within the daily limit.

How long does it take? Usually 1–2 minutes. You can close the screen: you get a notification when the video is ready, and you find it in My AI videos.

Can I add music to an AI video? In the studio you can add music to a Montage. For the other modes, you can attach a Spotify track when you publish the post.

Is the video published automatically? No. Nothing is published until you tap Publish as post or Publish as story.
