Linework Drive

With Linework Drive you deliver LineEat orders in your city, on foot, by bike, scooter or car, and keep 92% of the delivery fee. If you hold an NCC or taxi licence you can also drive LineX rides.

Apply as a courier#

Open Menu → Bloop → Drive with Linework and tap Apply now. The application screens of Drive are in English for now.

1. How do you deliver? On foot, bike, scooter or car.
2. Where do you work? Your city or zone.
3. Your details, and confirm you are 18 or older.
4. Documents: ID front and back and a selfie; for scooter or car also driving licence, plate and insurance.
5. Confirm and send.

While the team checks it you see Application under review. If something must be fixed you see Changes needed with Fix and resend. On the web, web.linework.app → Settings → Linework Delivery lets you apply and see the status; deliveries are done in the app.

Go online and accept offers#

• Once approved, tap to go online. Keep the app open with location on.
• A New delivery offer shows pickup, drop-off, distance and You earn. You have 45 seconds to Accept or Decline. Offers go to the nearest online courier.
• You handle one delivery at a time. If you are also a LineX driver, deliveries pause during a ride and vice versa.

Complete a delivery#

1. Tap Navigate to reach the restaurant in Apple or Google Maps, then I've arrived.
2. Collect the order and tap Order picked up.
3. Go to the customer and tap Confirm delivery: enter the customer's 4-digit code. Without the right code the delivery can't be completed.

Your position is shared only while the app is open and a delivery is active.

Earnings#

You keep 92% of the delivery fee. It is credited to your Linework wallet when the delivery is confirmed with the code, in the currency the customer paid with. See History and Earnings in Drive. Deliveries of test restaurants are marked Test delivery, no pay.

LineX drivers (NCC and taxi)#

In Drive, under LineX rides, tap Apply to LineX. In Italy only NCC and taxi drivers with a valid licence can apply.

1. Your licence: NCC or Taxi.
2. Your details: name as on the licence, phone, where you work, 18 or older.
3. Licence and qualifications: licence or permit number, issuing municipality and expiry, professional driver certificate (CAP KB) and driving licence with expiry.
4. Vehicle: plate, make and model, colour, passenger seats.
5. Passenger transport insurance: company and policy.
6. Photos of the documents: licence, CAP KB, driving licence, vehicle registration, insurance, vehicle photo. Only the Linework team sees them.
7. Accept the conditions and tap Send application.

Every application is checked by hand. You get reminders 30 and 7 days before a document expires; with an expired document rides are blocked until you upload the new one.

When you are online you receive New ride offers (30 seconds to accept); booked NCC rides are offered 30 minutes before the time. Steps: On my way → I've arrived → Start ride with the passenger's PIN → End ride (for a taxi, enter the meter amount). You receive the fare minus the Linework commission, in your wallet.

Good to know#

Do I need my own vehicle? Yes, or you can deliver on foot.

Can I drive passengers without an NCC or taxi licence? No. LineX in Italy is only for licensed NCC and taxi drivers.

I don't see deliveries. Deliveries and LineX are being switched on gradually, city by city.
