Profile and settings
Your profile is what others see. The Menu (⚙︎ on your profile) holds the wallet, settings and help.
Your profile#
- Header: cover photo, profile photo (tap to zoom), name, @username, bio and the red tick if your profile is verified.
- Followers, Following (tap to see the lists) and Likes.
- Highlights: saved stories in named circles (see Stories).
- Tabs: Posts, and on your own profile also Stories and Favorites (posts you saved).
- On someone else's profile: Follow (or Requested for private accounts), Message, Share, and ⋯ for Block and Report.
Edit your profile#
- Tap Edit profile on your profile (or Menu → Personal Details).
- Change photo, cover, first and last name, username, email and bio.
- Tap SAVE PROFILE.
To share your profile, tap Share profile: you get a link that opens it in the app.
The Menu#

Settings#
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Appearance | Light, Dark, Automatic or Pink (rainbow theme). The app restarts to apply it. |
| Notification Preferences | Mute all Spiral notifications, or choose: new posts, comments, likes, replies, mentions, shares. |
| Blocked Users | The people you blocked, with Unblock. |
| Change region | Your country: it sets local trends and the ads you see. |
| Language | One of the 7 app languages. |
| Anonymous usage statistics | On or off. |
| Post settings | Default audience of new posts (Public, Followers, Only me), allow comments, allow sharing. |
| Stories settings | Default audience of stories (Public, Followers, Close friends), allow replies, allow reshares. |
| Read receipts | The red double tick in chat. If you turn it off you don't see other people's receipts either. |
| Private account | Only followers you approve see your posts, stories and videos. Follow requests lists who is waiting (Accept / Decline). |
| Offers from stores you follow | Lets Bloop stores send you promotions (at most 2 a day). |
| My invoices | PDF invoices of your Linework purchases and services. |
Turning a private account back to public asks for confirmation, and the pending follow requests are accepted.
