Gift cards
Buy a Linework gift card with your balance and get more to spend: every card comes with a bonus from 20% to 40%. Use it for your purchases on Bloop or give it to a friend with their @username.

How it works#
- Open Wallet → Gift cards (or the gift card banner in Bloop). In the web app: Gift cards on web.linework.app.
- Choose an amount: you see the price and the bonus you get.
- Pay with your Linework balance, in vUSDC or vLWK. The card appears in My gift cards with its code (
LWGC-…), its value and its expiry date. - At the Bloop checkout choose the gift card payment: the amount is taken from your cards.
The card currency depends on where you are: euro cards if you are in Europe, US dollar cards elsewhere.

You pay the card's face value, with no fees: in vUSDC (1 vUSDC = 1 US dollar; euro cards are converted at the rate shown in the app), or in vLWK at the current vLWK price (no discount). The app shows the exact price before you confirm. Amounts and bonuses can change: the ones in the app are what count.
Identity check#
For cards of 5,000 or more, Linework checks your identity once. Upload the front and back of your passport, ID card or driving licence and a selfie (JPG, PNG, WEBP, HEIC or PDF, up to 10 MB each), with your full name, date of birth and country.
- Meanwhile the card shows Verifying.
- When the check is approved, the card is activated and you won't need to do it again for future cards.
- If it is rejected, the card is cancelled and the amount goes back to your balance, in the currency you paid with.
Spend it or give it#
- Spend: at the Bloop checkout, choose the gift card payment. The part you paid is used before the bonus, and the cards that expire first are used first. Euro cards are converted at the rate shown in the app.
- Refunds: if a Bloop order paid with a gift card is refunded, the amount goes back onto the same cards.
- Give: in My gift cards tap Gift on a card you have never used and write the friend's @username. The whole card moves to their account.
- A gift card's value can't be withdrawn or turned back into your balance.
Limits#

Frequently asked questions#
Is there a fee to buy a gift card? No. You pay the face value and get the bonus on top.
Where can I use it? For purchases on Bloop, at the checkout.
Can I redeem a card with a code? No: cards move from account to account with Gift. The code is the card's identifier, to quote if you contact support.
I don't see gift cards. They are available only where the wallet and Bloop are switched on for your account and app version. Update the app to the latest version.
